Thanks for all of the thoughts on the paint . I think it is going to end up with the raised center of the hood in black and folowing all the way back on the cowl to the windshield , and the lower sides similar to stock in black ( possibly rocker guard), and going to black out the tail lights from the edge inside the trim line in . the trim around all the windows is going to stay black, And was thinking about tinting the back side and the back hatch windows.
Now for the new pole .I did a little work on the bumper today the first two pictures are the end cap that I molded out of fiberglass and the other two are of a prototype end cap I made out of tubing. let me know what you all think.
Thanks for all the help.

IMO - the fiberglassed end cap looks great, you will have alot of people drooling and asking for some.BUT I think it looks good with the stock bumper. I don't think the uni-tube end you did looks good with the stock bumper. The uni-tube is way cool, but needs a bumper made the same style so they compliment each other.

Boy if you do a glass one that is similar to the OE, maybe not exact, but similar, that would be great

Actually, the tube end is pretty cool.  Too bad that can't be the whole bumper.  if you're gonna fill the tube end with FG (or something like that), then I do like that shape, more then the driver's side squared off.

But the tube end just like the pic looks kinda incomplete.  Very nice work though, and good thinking.

And I'll second this as well, as my previous comments.  The Uni-tube would look a bit better if the tube was bigger and went across the whole length.

Thanks for all the oppinions .I am considering a whole tube bumper without getting to bulky.

THAT is AWESOME dude !!You did just the right thing with the pinstripe lines too, great job man. I have a power bulge hood for my 84 that I got off my parts SX/4 , that "Javalin masking" hood paint scheme looks great with the bulge. I have a different idea to mod the hood, and my rear hatch.........it's a secret for now.

Excellent job!  Looks great.  I like the tubular bumper end cap, but something is not quite right with the transition from the stock bumper to the tube.  However having seen what you have already accomplished, I have no doubt you'll get it right.
