HAS ANYONE ELSE SEEN THIS POST!?
« on: September 25, 2011, 01:18:23 AM »
I was just poking around on the "C" list and what I saw was outrage!! in the wahington DC area "C" list there is an 81 kamback for sale for 100 dollars...but its not the car that caught my eye. The guy literally bad mouths the Eagles Nest...saying he "will cush the car and our face" and that AMC eagles are as useless as the white trash that drives them.

Im in disbelief...I dont get offended easily but this!!....this guy is rediculous!!

Take a look at it...Im not joking!

Judging from all that rust I think he would just pass the buck to Industrial Lathe Man. :eyebrow:

I don't get it. Did he intentionally remove all those body parts in place of rusted ones? Wat is this I don even...

I have a strong belief that this is the same fellow that had a light blue 2 door sedan for sale on here a while ago.  I have already called and left a message about this car cause I could really use a parts joner for my kammback

i e-mailed the guy. asked if he was for real. says he paid $1500 for it but will take $1000 now. said he spent $80 worth of gas to prep and show to someone, then they offered him a ridiculous amount.
i would hate to see it crushed, but cant swing the cash right now.

Among the red SX4 parts was a rear hatch with spoiler. I wonder if he kept the side pieces too. Thats reason to be excited. If he is the same fellow selling that light blue sedan for way too much for way too long, I can see why he would be mad at Eagle nesters. We know what to actually pay for these cars and have probably insulted him with the truth several times. My Kammback is nicer than that one (barely) and I paid 400 for it. A junkyard would likely give about 300 for it. Its obviously not well taken care of and probably has severe frame damage. He'll have to drop the price below 600 before it becomes reasonable. Imagine how mad he'll be when he finally caves!

I picked up my calender car Kammy for right around the same price you paid for yours.  When i met him he didn't seem all that bad of a fellow, but he just isn't willing to work with people.  I offered to put a cam in the 2 door for no charge to who ever bought it and I even scraped up the cash to buy it right before he shut his phone off and never returned my calls.

The post is gone  :rotfl: ...I have a feeling that the folks at c-list may not have seen the humor in his rant. I will say one thing...he has alot to learn about sales pitches.  :rotfl:

I guess the funniest part of this whole thing is; Its not like hes sitting on a rust free Hemi Cuda....its an 81 Eagle...aside from us I dont think a whole lot of folks would have even clicked on the post let alone consider buying it.

Personally Someone should "Remove" the eagle from his custody and slapped him with a suspension of his license and told him that if he can't treat his vehicles right then he should just walk... and fined him for neglect
