They should not drip inside the car.  My Elantra did the same thing.  I had to jack it up on the passenger side and find the drain hole.  Then I had to take out interior until I found the drain hose and put it back into the drain hole.  It was pretty easy once I was pointed in the right direction.

An eagle has disconnetable lines from inside the car. Just to the right of the steering column. That than go into the evaporator. So its way different than an elantra

Pop your rear diff cover and check for water. It will be the first thing to come out if your diff is full of it. As for the stalling, you probably got water in your dizzy, or there's an open circuit somewhere shorting out.

Rear end has been fine since then... I think you were right about the dizzy though. That or carb because I just realized that I never put the splash guards back in the wheel wells. Duh.

It looks great, but the best thing about it is the custom dual (triple?) hood ornament.
