That is some great work you are doing there on your Eagle.  I am impressed.

Any updates Animal?  would love to know how you have progressed.

I will be posting an update soon. I just moved from Arizona to Texas. I did not have it totaly complete yet, so I had to tow it with me. I have made alot of progress on it and finnished the rear frame and installed the rear four linked ford 8.8 rear end with disc brakes. I will take pictures and post them soon.

I am posting some new pictures of my project. I fabricated a full frame from front to rear and intergrated it into the body. I also installed a solid front axle and four linked the front and rear ends. The rear axle is a ford 8.8" with disc brakes out of a Ford Explorer. It is the same with and same bolt pattern as stock. The shocks are RaceRunner Sway-A-Way Off road coilovers. I also scored a set of 33" BFG mud terrains.

nice!!

How about a side shot of the car to see what the stance is like?

Very nice indeed and HEAVY DUTY!! Have you figured out the drvetrain yet?

I have installed a new Chevy 4.3 V6, 700R4 overdrive transmission , and Chevy 2 speed NP231 transfer case. I ran it with this running gear for about 400 miles before I broke the stock front suspension. So, I took it back to the shop (my garage) and one thing led to another. I will probably sell my V6 and replace it with a 350 V8 now that the frame and running gear can handle it.
