Poll
Question: Where would you like the 4th Annual Midwest Meet to be located?
Option 1: Cordova Dragway for AMc Weekend
Option 2: Mav's AMC Eagle Nest Sanctuary
Option 3: Let's meet at the Sanctuary, hang out a day and then round up the posse and invade Cordova together!
Option 4: Neither, both places sound boring... Hawaii anyone?
Option 5: I don't care as long as I get free stuff!

Ok, since no one has stepped up quite yet to take the reigns on the Cordova Meet... I can't resist waiting any longer, lol! I know it's over a year away, but one thing I've learned since the 2009 Meet was that you can never start planning too early.

Anyways, this years (2010) event will be on September 11th at the Cordova Race way... and by "event" I simpy mean the AMC races and swap meet will be held on this day. The EN is not affiliated with this event. The 2010 EN Meet is being held in a different state. You can get all the info for that event by clicking the link... http://forums.amceaglenest.com/index.php?board=139.0

The thing is... by then, the ENS (Eagle Nest Sanctuary) will be fully operational and I'd like to have a meet there so that people can see the place and also have access to tools and parts for a cool clinic.

The cool part is that Cordova is only an hour away from the Eagle Nest Sanctuary... so I smell a yearly event if this all works out as planned.

And guess what... I'm going to run my hot rod SX4... muahahahahaha!

Thoughts?

Here is the Cordova website... http://cordovadrag.com/index.html I checked mapquest from my house. It's just at an hour away and it's a straight shot just near the Quad Cities.
I cannot believe that all these last few years that I have wanted to go so and missed it because I thought it was several hours away.... this is perfect man! I thought this area sucked... but man... I've got a great Mopar shop here that is known world round for it's performance parts and it's an hour away. The big AMC aftermarket shop is an hour away... Cordova is an hour away. It's awesome.

I think that is a good idea Mav.  Between the sanctuary and Cordova, your location may become the place to be every September.

Hey without sounding selfish just because it's my place... because if it were another Nester's I'd feel the same way... but I think you're right man. Making an annual even out of that could prove to be very very cool!

Here's a refresher thread.... at the 2010 Meet in Nebraska, there has been some discussion on where to hold the 2011 Meet. I have already started making preparations for the 2011 Meet at the Sanctuary but there is alot of interest in meeting at Cordova... here is waht has been posted elsewhere.

Please, discuss....

So if we want to add our pics or Vids, do we send them to you Brandon?

Do well, Amigos!  Can't wait fro the 2011 Eagle invasion of the All AMC Drag Day in Cordova next year!

We made it home as well... the girls and I made lots of stops for fun. I met up with Meping and her dad about 9:30 and we decided to hit up Cracker Barrel for breakfast... but there was a 20m wait - then we ran into HawkenEagle and his wife and decided to go to a "ma and pa" truck stop and had breakfast there. Afterwards, I did a quick CB radio install for Meping in her car and the girls and I shoved off about 1pm.

Glad everyone had fun. Already trying to figure out details for next year... we already started a thread for a Meet at the Sanctuary for 2011, but Jerry is pretty adament on setting something up around Cordova. Doug and I talked about doing both, but I think Cordova is a few hours from me and it's hard enough getting people to one place... cant imagine doing one place and then heading to the other the next day. The good news is we have 11mo to work on it, lol!

For those of you with video of the thing we did just before we went out to eat... please don't post it just yet. If you can email it to me - that would be great. Send me a PM if you need directions on how to email it. I still have video from the first two years ready to go, but haven't been able to afford the right editing software... anyways, I spent alot of money on the way to the meet for a new HD camera and HD editing software. I'm really looking forward to working on this... last year, we didn't get the title sequence filmed... the first year, it didn't turn out right - but I think this year, it was just right. I just don't have the video yet - so email it to me asap! :P

And if you'd like your photos added to the DVD - please email them to me at [email protected] the best way (same with video) is to put everything in a folder.... zip/compress it and then email it.

Had a blast guys... sorry I showed up late. I did a few extra things to the car before I left and then ran into unexpected problems when I finally left. Glad everyone liked the shirts although I forgot to grab one for myself, LOL!

Girls loved it and won't stop talking about it! Thanks Brandon!

Mav,

The Eagle's Nest will have a great time at next year's Cordova Meet.   I have already made an arrangement with Jock (National American Drvier's and Racer's Association President).  What's great about it is that it is one of the largest gatherings of AMC's in the country every year.  Not only that, there are already many activities revolving around AMC's.

It would give you the opportunity to meet AMC'r's from all around the country.  The swap meet has established AMC Vendors and the rest of us, of course.  The opportuniity to see a 7 second Gremlin, a 12 second Wagoneer, and AMC's of every era blazing down the drag strip!  It really is quite a great time.

The one AMC that is underrepresented is Eagles.  In all my years attending I have only seen two!

I normally show up on Th night.  A bunch of us gather at the sponsor Hotel.  The Hotels are all in Le Claire, IA, just across the River from Cordova, IL.  I am always at the Holiday Inn Express while the bulk of attendees stay across the road at the Daus and Comfort Inn... there are special rates for attendees.

There is a fire pit and lot's of conversation from old friends.  On Friday, there is test and tune at the dragstrip and plenty of fun.  The Swap meet gets going and we all enjoy the races and hang out.  (I have commited to race a late AMX next year along with some other friends from St Louis who are fixing up cheap drag machines as well, so no Eagle for me there... probably bring an 80 AMX with a 401 setup to hit the strip!)  I am hoping to find a place for some light wheeling for Friday during the daytime.

Saturday is the AMC "Gambler's Race", swap meet all day and other makes start showing up in the afternoon.  There is an all day car show and the awards are given out at the evening.  We generally break into groups and have dinners in Davenport, some go to casinos, but everyone has a fond farewell and heads out Sunday Morning.

I will send the event Flyer as soon as it is available and start a thread.

Cordova sounds neat, but I'm not really a drag race fan - I like the cars to a point, but can't handle the noise for too long. Would I be wrong in assuming there could be something else planned for those (like me) that don't want to go to a drag meet? Or shall I just skip out on next year's Nest meet? :P

Quote from: IowaEagle on September 21, 2010, 06:35:22 PM
I am sure there will be more than just racing.  Its a great chance, from what I hear, for AMC'ers to get together aside from the racing.

Mick, I like the action shots of us all driving to Aztecca.  Those are nicely done.  Glad you and the kids made it home safely.

Great pics guys... I wish I could have spent more time with everyone - was really looking forward to hanging out more on Sunday, but we will have next year.

We do need to figure out something about this Cordova thing... I don't want to be stingy and say "Hey i already called next year to hang out at the sanctuary!" and sound like an @ss.... but, Hey! I already called next year so everyone can visit the Sanctuary. I've put alot of time into this place already in preparation for the Meet and I've set some things in motion already... not to say that it can't be changed, I mean it's not a huge deal... just saying because I'd still like to host it here. With that being said... I've always wanted to do a Cordova Meet... I said that last year but no one was interested in making the drive to Galesburg and then back to Cordova, which makes sense because there wasn't much incentive to do both and I have more connections here... now, with the Sanctuary I think we have more reason to be here than last year... so, I think we need to figure something out pretty soon before I make too many more plans here, lol... I mean, I'm cool if it's moved and I'm DEFFINITELY ok with having someone join me in setting it all up - but we need to work out some details asap.

So, for this... I'm going to move everything to the 2011 board for discussion and a possible vote. I actually started the thread months ago... Follow the link below... if you visit it in the next hour - come back again later, I'm doing some work on it. Let's leave this thread for discussions on this years meet and keep everything for 2011 at the lin below. Thanks guys!

I am a drag racing fan but not in my eagle ;D I think the meet at your place would be a great idea (either before or after cordova)  I know of at least 1 member that is gonna convoy down with me for the 2011 meet

I am not a big fan of Drag Racing either.  Regardless, the real fun in Cordova for me is the people.  Additionally, there are all kinds of great ideas there for AMC's to glean new projects from, including venodrs that fabricate parts for AMC Engines.  I have probably only watched 3 hours total of teh actual drag races in the last 6 years of going, but enjoy it nonetheless!

I throw down 45-50K miles per year, so starting in the "Sanctuary" and maybe going to Cordova for the big events Fri and /or Sat is acceptable, but to some who have already travveled so far, I don't know if the extra driving will make it worth either one.

Let the votoing begin!  I am going to post up some pics from this weekend and from Cordova.

Either way you cut it, it will be great haning with you guys again somewhere!

Yeah, I don't thin an hour drive will hurt anything... I mean, it's all interstate and it will fly by fast with a convoy of Eagles. I think we can pull off both. Plan the weekend at the Sanctuary as originally planned, but pick the best day for Cordova. I'm not too excited about drag racing but I have wanted to go for years and as you said, I could care less if we watch the drag racing or just check out all the cool AMC rides. That's all that matters to me.

I think if people drive 1000m to get here and hang for the weekend, then a 55m convoy ride isn't going to bother them. I say we do both. Besides, I have connections here for cheaper lodging, plus people can camp out here. Best of both worlds.

For those coming up from the South it will be directly opposite of the direction for going back home,
so that makes it 110.8 miles.
However, we could do that.
An Eagle convoy would be fun, provided we didn't have to keep up with Mick!
Navy standard for convoys in war time:
The speed of the convoy shall be the fastest speed of the slowest vessel.
Maybe we could modify that and use it for Eagle convoys.

No Brandon, SouthWestern Illinois.... between Peoria and the Quad Cities (Moline). I do believe there is a write up somewhere... but basically, I've take a couple acres and dedicated it to Eagles and the occasional Jeep. This is a "no crush" zone. I've had people donate vehicles to me because they'd rather me save them than have them crushed or sold to some 16 year old kid that wants to put them in a demo derby. I have a shop that I am dedicating to this cause as well, eventually a paint booth too.

The Sanctuary has only been official for a few months and we've saved two wagons that are currently daily drivers that would have otherwise been crushed.... we had a car hauling semi trailer drop off 5 wagons last month... we've had numerous visitors from the Nest and we've started/finished too many projects to count.

We do lots of body work and frame patching to keep these Eagles on the road because most are rotted out. We've painted, we've done custom fiberglass work and I'm even dabbling in some metal fabrication for hard-to-find parts.

We basically do anything you need that's Eagle related and we do it at an affordable rate (which has mostly been free, but is changing soon because we're going to have to start making enough money to keep it up and running on it's self). I'm not out to be a millionaire off of AMC Eagles, LOL... I mean, a few extra bucks would be cool but my main goal is to save Eagles and help my fellow Nesters.

Brandon.... as for RV hookups... I doubt it, but there is plenty of power out in the barn. It's all ran off of 200amp service with it's own box and everything... we should be able to run drop cords for whomeever needs them. I have several 100-150-200ft drop cords.

Wow, what a hard choice!   I was thinking that "Neither, both places sound boring... Hawaii anyone?" was my first choice, and my second was "I don't care as long as I get free stuff!", but I decided to go with my third choice of meeting at the ENS, and going to Cordova.  Either way, there was no choice on the poll to meet in sunny southern California, so i guess the mid-west will have to do.

Hey man, I could set it all up... for 2011, I plan to take the entire week off and start the festivities very early for whomever wants to take a long vacation! I've got some ideas floating around. It will be a meet that you won't want to miss - I promise. This will be sure to attract other Nesters.

mav, i do know that me and the old man are for sure coming (mainly due to the fact he wants to see the caterpillar museum and compare it to the family's caterpillar museum, we have a 1949 road grader that we are restoring and they have sent reps to the shop at least a dozen times taking pictures and asking questions).  So i am figuring the day before the "official" meet day, we will be in Peoria for dang near a full day.  Although we might be broke for the meet (if they WOW him with a rubber tire loader that is better/more productive than his current 988 Cat)

Ok Mavericke, thanks for the info.  And my thanks to you for the service you do to the Eagle.  I think the Sanctuary should be included in next year's meet for sure, at some point.  I guess my preference would be to meet at your place on say Friday (or earlier for some people?), then plan on Cordova for Saturday.  And if some people can only do one or the other, they may.  I think it would be important for everyone who does go to Cordova to roll in together though, regardless of where we actually meet.  Ultimately the most important part for me would be meeting other members.  ...I guess it was a good idea to start planning early.

Ok, I believe that would make it Sat. Sept. 10th. The Cordova website does not have anything listed just yet.

So, I'm guessing the 8th through the 11th? The 8th being on Thursday, and the 11th that Sunday.

This year I'm going to try to have a few more events planned out each day to keep us busy... assuming the shop is %100 done, we'll have alot more to do.

I would prefer to nat have an over abundance of planned events.  Usually there is enough work
on Eagles so everyone can get back home safely.
I really enjoy meeting new members and socializing and talking Eagles.

LOL! Nah, I know what you guys mean... I've got something different I'm working on. It's just in the "thought process" stage... so I wouldn't get too worked up about it yet. Long time before the meet and alot can happen.

And Brandon... nothing ever goes as planned, you're right. More fun to just go with it anyways! Your event was better than mine... at least I was much more relaxed this year, LOL! But now I know what to expect after three meets... and with Jesse helping out with the Cordova thing - I think this one is going to be much more easily planned and executed.

It'll be fine guys! No worries!

Hey guys,

Just to let you know, the Cordova meet has classicly been the second weekend of September.

Regardless, the actual event will not have an official announcement until after first week of December.  THat way the other "Big events" will be scheduled and little ol' us with our AMC's can get SQEEEEEZed in there!  Sometimes it works out to our benefit... a couple of times the HOt Rod Drag Tour went through the same week as us.. lot's of big noise in the parking lots!

I would say you can plan on the 2nd or 3rd weekends in Sept.  Looking forward to seeing you guys there!

You can watch for it on another fabulous forum, http://theamcforum.com/.  Can't have too many sources of good AMC info!

See you in Co Springs next weekend... right?  (c'mon, just a few more!)

Awesome man, I was worried you were kinda bummed about the small numbers... can't let it get to ya. We do get more each year... not many of the same faces at each event... if we could get everyone together from the last three events - we'd have a huge event. I think we're doing pretty good though, and they will get better as we all move forward. I think this Cordova thing could really help with that too. I had a great time... almost had myself talked out of going with all my issues, but glad I decided to just go.

Considering that our members are for the most part widely scattered and
how far many have to travel, I think we're doing very well.
We have made two meets, and thoroughly enjoyed both.
I hope we can attend more of them.

Gas trimmer Simpson? lol.... I've got trimmers and weedeaters and I'll have the place looking like a golf course when you arrive.

All styles of camping equipment will be allowed.... first come first serve for the best spots.

Outside camp grounds are ok... galesburg has pretty much everything, but they are very strict on what/whom they let in. No beer. Lots of mosquitos.

I have hardly any mosquitos around here. The biggest problem we have is spiders when the grass gets too tall and when it gets cold they start to make for the house and parts cars. I just had the house sprayed and haven't seen one since. I will do so again before the meet and early next spring I'm buying one of those grass feeders that can be pulled by my mower.... I will spread fresh sead, weed, killer and flea/tick/spider/ant killer/repelant. Trust me... you will be kozy. I will probably have more lighting and lots of teeki torches everywhere by then as well.

I'm betting that most of you won't want to leave once you get here... poor Kay, is stuck here atm and dying to leave... but that's because it's not finished yet and things are still very hectic. By the Meet - everything will be done and you will all be simply amazed.

Well If you want to have an Eagle meet at Cordova next year I may be able to help as I'm National Vice-president of NAMDRA. I do have some influence. There is camping on the track grounds for the AMC Nationals plus a KOA type camp ground a couple miles down IL Route 84. I can help makes some arrangement depending on what you may need. I'll warn you ahead time that we  are now starting on filling up the 3rd hotel In LeClair , Iowa and there are only 3 there, where the host hotels are.

Note to : Mavericke I use to live in Brimfield, IL about half way between Galeasburg and Peoria .  Any thing happening with the CAT museum? I drove by on the Sunday after the AMC Nats this year and all I saw was a big hole in the old "SEARS" block where the CAT museum was/is  suppose to be. I moved out west to Nevada about 5 years now , in retirement, to get away from snow and now oddly enough I have an 83 Eagle station Wagon Limited I've been rehabbing for a daily driver. Larry R. Yes, very much so. Impressive credentials my friend. Sorry to be short... I do wish I had more time on here, but rest assured I will be in touch. Minor health issues here... I've been pretty much usueless since RegalWizard/Meping/Merciless-oh whatever - the BRAT... I've been up all night tossing and turning... then once I do finally crash, I don't wake up. Thyroid levels are good... blood psi is has raised concern - took me two years to fix it last time.... and now they're thinking sleep apnia, which explains my still being exhausted even after waking up. My father passed away from that (and other complications) in 2008. I feel like I never truely sleep... ye I'm never truely awake. It's very strange and has only started up again the past few weeks... no motivation to do anything. Poor Kay, is stuck here and I can't drag myself out of bed to help before I have to go to work.

Good news is... saw the doc today... some new meds, already felling better takes time to kick in as you can tell I'm typing this at 5:18am. I'm sure I'll be sound asleep by 6am and the girls will be up by 7am and it will make for a long day at work tomorrow.

No matter what though... kay's car will be on the road and jason's valve cover will be replaced by mid-day Sunday and then I'm starting on the Jeep..... again.

Mavericke , Sorry to hear about your health problem . Let's just say been there done that , to all of them , and leave it at that.

The Caterpillar Museum in Peoria : I don't know what happened in the last 5 or 6 year since I left Peoria , other then there was vote to build it. Actually Caterpillar , said built it with Tax payer dollars or we'll move our World headquarters out of Peoria. Which pretty much means Caterpillar will eventually move it's World Headquarters out of the Peoria area any way, since they already moved most of there manufacturing out any way.  All I know is when I drove through Peoria a few weeks ago, the "SEARS BLOCK" , where the Caterpillar Museum was to be built , was still a big empty hole in the ground , like it was 5 years ago.

There is a Museum in the Peoria area with a good number of the old Caterpillar tractor / bulldozers and some history on the company and the Peoria area. It's car museum on the very North side of the Peoria area on what now route 40. A few of the heavy hitters from the local Antique Car club put it together. It houses there collections, some other cars and trucks and a good bit of stuff on the Peoria are , including ABC , or Altoffer Brothers Company. ABC made washing machines and eventually was bought by Kelvinator and AMC , as the washing machine division of Kelvinator, in the Peoria area, where ABC made the washing machines.
It's hard to miss, but it's behind a gas station, BUT there is a large Steam Locomotive and cars along side the museum. The Locomotive pretty hard to miss , if if you do drive by.

Peoria use to be known for CAT houses, but they pretty much gone last I knew , had been closed down. Peoria was long been off and on been known for it's CAT houses , and I'm not talking the Caterpillar kind. River city what do you to expect. I also had low expectations for the place.

Lastly, if you need to make any plans regarding holding an Eagle meet with the AMC Nationals at Cordova, just let me know and I'll see what arrangements can be made. NAMDRA does not usually get a date until after the first of the new year, but it's been running the 2nd or 3rd full weekend of September for a few years now. LRDaum

Mavericke has already reserved the right to be host for the midwest/International meet.  He hosted it in 2009 and did a nice job.  I hosted it last year in Nebraska.  Colorado isn't in the midwest anyway.  The midwest extends from Ohio in the east to the panhandle of Nebraska in the West.

We'll have to plan an awesome CO meet at some point... I tried to last year but it just didn't work out. Now I live in a ghetto apartment in a bad part of Greeley, so I definitely couldn't host one. However, I'm sure all us CO guys can come up with something ;) Perhaps have fulsizjeep plan out a few drives after which we can work out a dining venue or something. After all, there is much more to this state than the parking lot of a chain restaurant :)

Title: Dates set for Cordova Meet Sept 8-10th 2011
Post by: j2sax on January 04, 2011, 04:49:49 PM
Well, I guess Maverick is nominated to run with the 2011 meet as the poll seems to lean toward starting at his place.

They just announced the dates for the NAMDRA ALL AMC event at the Cordova Dragpark, so, Maverick, I guess you better start planning!  Remember this is not just a drag race but a great AMC show and swap meet... always Eagle parts there, but I have only seen one Eagle there ever!  I have already emailed Jock (Pres of NAMDRA) and he says they would be glad to have any other AMC club mesh in with this event.. the more the merrier!

THere are always great AMC vendors there and you can learn a lot about AMC performance in general... lot's of just plain good folks to know as well!

Info available at:

http://theamcforum.com/forum/33rd-amc-natiOnals_topic25462.html

I will not be going to the sanctuary as I already have plans with other AMC/FSJ guys at the Cordova gathering, but look forward to the Eagle invasion whenever you guys plan to come out!  I always get a suite at the LeClaire, IA Holiday Inn, just across the river.  One of the other Hotels there  is the Host hotel for the All AMC event and you guys will WANT to check out the parking lots of every hotel in the evenings as they are chock full of every AMC imagineable.. except for Eagles (until now!)!   All the area hotels have special rates for AMC'r's (just tell them you are with the AMC meet) but get your rooms early as they fill up fast once the date announcement is made.

There is also camping on the IL side of the Mississippi, just outside the Drag park area.

See you there!

Jesse

I have been seriously toying with the idea of putting the 360 and T-5 from the Green car in my wagon.  It doesn't make much sense to have my best engine sitting in a car that sees maybe 500mi a year.  Besides the wagon really needs the overdrive for all the road trips I make.  I think my mileage would stay about the same as the six if I get the injection tuning right.  That along with the OD.  If I get that swapped out, maybe I'll make a run down the track.  It will be slow as January syrup, but who cares.

Jock actually races a stock 4 door Ambassador and actually won the event one year (welcome to bracket racing!) so you don't have to be fast... just consistent!   Hope you can bring the kids again Mick... no matter what you drive!  Tell them I said howdy!

I think the setup you have in the wagon would actually do better offroading in the green car.. a littl lighter and better centered than the V8... and I would LOVE to hear the roaring thunder heading down the highway in the Wagon!

Wow, I am getting excited already and it's only January!

E ya!

They're all being exclusionists......

j/k ;)

We'll have to plan an awesome CO meet at some point... I tried to last year but it just didn't work out. Now I live in a ghetto apartment in a bad part of Greeley, so I definitely couldn't host one. However, I'm sure all us CO guys can come up with something ;) Perhaps have fulsizjeep plan out a few drives after which we can work out a dining venue or something. After all, there is much more to this state than the parking lot of a chain restaurant :)
Everything I build is trail ready, not parking lot material, ready when you are

lets just say we have decent offroad park here called PMI (Pueblo Motorsports Park). most people take dirtbikes and quads out there but there are quite a few people who take four wheel drives (mostly trucks) out there.

So the 2011 Meet is going to be at Mavericke's on September 8-10?  Is that right?

The 33RD. AMC NATIONALS sponsored by NAMDRA will be Sep. 8-10, 2011 at Cordova Dragway Park, Cordova, IL

IowaEagle has a number of left over grab bags and door prizes from the Omaha meet.

We need to find the certificate for the Jeep wheels that I had as a door prize in one of the bags and take it out before the meet.  I do not have the wheels anymore.  I sold them to a guy with an AMC Wrangler who needed them.

OK -  I will look thru the bags.  I have not even taken a look inside them since I got them from you.

I corresponded with Mavericke via text message.  The Midwest International Meet will be September 8-10, 2011 in Abington/Galesburg, Illinois.

This is the same weekend as The 33RD. AMC NATIONALS sponsored by NAMDRA will be Sep. 8-10, 2011 at Cordova Dragway Park, Cordova, IL

We will be headed to the AMC Nationals at some point during the weekend.

Should we start a new thread that can be used for the schedule and maybe an RSVP?  We're 7 months out from this event.

I would like to add that if anyone in the northeastern part of the states that is interested in going i will be organizing a convoy here in the up comming months, kind of like an eagle power tour

If we get enough interest I am thinking of ways to reward things like best gas mileage (like everyone driver put 5 bucks in a hat and the person who goes the longest without having to refuel takes the purse), cleanest car after the drive (from my door to Mavericke's place it is exactly 12 hours of driving)......  here in a couple months I will start plaining the cruse out and setting up the main meeting place (gotta see how many want to avoid the toll roads)

:D I kinda like that idea, lol, but we shall see. It's far too early for me to plan anything yet, I'll have to see how this summer goes.......

If I can scrape up the money I will be there.  I might be sleeping in whatever vehicle I bring, but I plan on being there.

I like the idea Bill... cool incentive.

Thanks for posting the dates for me Brandon, I was certain I had posted them before I took my "leave" but I will double check it and update everything here soon once I catch my footing here and get caught up.

Will be plenty to do here at the Sanctuary this year. Nothing major planned besides the convoy to AMC thing. We may make a trip to Sonic for another good pic, but the rest of the time we'll be hanging out here at the Sanctuary and doing some clinic stuff, grilling out and watching the kiddos play.

Speaking of which... for anyone bringing their families or maybe hesitant to do so... please, feel free to bring the kiddos! Everyone is welcome here. Plenty of room to camp and hang out and best of all there is a TON for the kiddos to do. For the big kids, I have a small four wheeler and looking to borrow two more for the weekend. We have a HUGE swingset with built on club house for the kids, a 25ft pool (4 1/2ft deep), an 18ft trampoline with side walls and some sort of lights built it... it shoots lasers when you jump on it, lol! We have power wheels and lots of room to play. Also far back enough from the road so no worries there and besides - no one comes out here anyways. So again, plenty for the kids to do!

So again, I'll update things soon! Looking forward to the Meet!
