Such an interesting " dovetail" on those corner joints.I have never seen one with that little added step to it.
Looks cool !! Nice job on the doors too.I just started dabbleing in some body work.Re-did a couple of Indian motorcycle fenders - man I gotta give you a egg, I can't believe how tough it is to make it perfect.

News flash....

Five weeks ago I painted front doors. I painted area under that golden stripe. Weather was fine and there were no flying insects.

So I sprayed the black paint. And after few seconds I had several mosquitos on my paint... While I cleaned my spray gun, the amount of bugs rised to hundreds...   :censored:

Two days ago I started to sand and polish that bug paint...

Trying to get rid of bugs

See, no bugs on this one..

Dang, that is a nice sauna.  Now you just need the snow banks to roll in when you come out of it!  From one (transplanted) Finn to another

Hey man, you Fins think you own the sauna ,?! Well. I grew up in northern Ontario, Canada, and we had TWO, one in the house, the other at the cabin. We used to roll out  of it in Jan/Feb, naked, temp. at something stupid below zero, roll in the snow, and get back in. Do it again! And again! Then go drink some good Canadian whiskey. Boys AND girls! Ah, old times, good times!

Anyways, just joking with you. The Finn Sauna really is the best. (but the above is true)
As for your Eagle, lots of work to be done, but it is a great undertaking. If you need any help or parts, please ask, we will try to help. BTW, I live in the USA, but I am from CZ.
good luck, gz

I wouldn't have covered the dovetails...  I love woodworking and beautiful joints are a sign of great craftsmanship.
