So going down my list of stuff to get my eagle ready to fly again I ran into exhaust. I've. Checked the local stores and rock Auto with no success. Has anybody tried using an xj system on these cars? Or know where the parts can be had? I found walker numbers but that post is 17 years old.

Your outta luck on pre-bent on-the-shelf parts.  Need to go find a shop that has a bender and does custom exhaust work.

You might check eBay.  Some of the pieces show up from time to time, but I don't think you'll find a complete system.  Good luck!

I bought mine on rockauto, as we know they don't carry any of those parts now. Last I saw them on any site was 5-6 years ago. I think we are all left with custom exhaust work or if you are a good welder or know one. A exhaust kit with pre bent parts might work IF one can be found in the right diameter. Magma flow has them if I recall but I am not sure if they have anything smaller than 3"
This is a OLD post and I haven't looked into anything exhaust made by walker.

Soooooo in the spirit of all the xj parts I've thrown at my wagon I said to heck with it. For $60 I rolled the dice on a tail pipe for a '99 xj and sure as the day is long, it fits like a dream! Just like it was made for it🤔

Fantastic!
Do you have a brand & part number for that?
(I'm carrying my old 'holy' one around in the rear to show police that I know, but can't get the part.)
Oh. And diameter?

It's 2 1/4" for a 99 xj I believe....walker 55188!
