Fender flare question
« on: May 08, 2017, 04:50:50 PM »
Are all flares the same? Someone asked me if wagon flares would fit an SX/4. I have no answer for them.

I believe the front flares are the same....but probably not the rears.  Not certain about that though.

Thank VG, I guess I should've said 'rear', couldn't remember then. I'm pretty sure Doug's said they're all the same from in front of the windshield.

I thought someone in wi made them work from a wagon to a sx4. I cannot think of his name. But he trimmed it to work.

I remember hearing about someone trimming wagon end caps to fit an sx/4, but don't remember anything about fender flares.

Amc1320 was able to trim some wagon end caps to fit a Kammback. Would probably also work with an SX/4..  I did pick up an SX/4 fender flare and will be comparing to my Kammback flare soon to see if they are different.
