Hi, X2 on the deeper trans. pan. There are a few "fancier" aftermarket trans pans out there, aluminum, finned, etc. Myself, on both my Eagles, went with the Mopar deep pan, "cause it is a STEEL pan. Reason being, that, if your trans pan ever takes a hit, an aluminum pan will instantly crack , and you will be walking home. A steel pan on the other hand, can take a hit or two, bend a little, and though it may be compromised, and start to leak, it will get you home, where you can order a new one in comfort!
