Welcome! Sounds like you got some money to throw around. Not the usual Eagle owner scrapping for used parts! :) Let us know how you like that Hellcat! Did you purchase the Yellow Kammback that was recently listed on eBay?

Yes I got the one from eBay.
And as soon as I get the hellcat at I'll report.
And I'm in NJ.
As to money, you can't take it with you.

Just spent the evening working on my Waggy, replacing water pump, what a drag.
Hopefully the eagle will be easier to maintain.

The yellow one from eBay looked like a great car. Hope to see some more pics when you get it.

Drove up to MA yesterday and picked it up. The previous owner was a really nice guy and it is evident that he loved this car and took good care of it.
Now I need to figure out a way for me to drive it comfortably. Me being 6'5.

Did any of these ever cam with adjustable steering column, can you lower the seats?

Great looking car! You can probably find an adjustable steering column, but I don't think you can lower the seat. Maybe if you put some aftermarket seats in it..

I had leather hung racing seats in my '71 Cortina that were awesome. Made like a hammock with nothing but material keeping your butt off the floor. They made some nasty gravel roads feel pretty smooth!
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!

Welcome!  Glad to have another Eagle in Jersey.  This is the place to be for sure.  I can't wait to hear about your Hellcat when it arrives or maybe check it out if you're close enough to me LOL.  I have plenty of parts and experience with AMC's and Eagles if you need help with your new bird.
