Visor replacement
« on: November 30, 2014, 11:49:26 PM »
All of the soft parts (cardboard and fabric covering) on my visors were thoroughly roached, so I decided to make my own from some 1/4 inch birch 'furniture grade' plywood from Home Depot..  I used the remains of the old visor as a pattern, but made it a little bigger (why not?) for extra coverage.

Obviously, it's not stock, but it is a pretty good match to the 'fake wood' in the rest of my interior:

That's pretty clever.  I'll bet you could also cover it again if you wanted.
