Hello. My first Eagle. Acquired it last Friday, July 11th. It's a '82 5 speed Wagon and it's a cream puff, garage queen etc. etc. etc....and it shined up like a new penny. I will be replacing the carpet and realigning the rear hatch. Also a few minor interior remove and replace items to bring this wagon back to it's original state. 112k miles and was ordered by the original owner with the "cold weather package" as it's been a western Colorado car all it's life. NO RUST, checked it with a fine tooth comb. I bought it from the second owner who had it in his garage for the last 14 years. He babied it as did the original owner, they were friends. The only options it did not come with was electric windows & door locks and the towing package.

Looking forward to acquiring a '74 401 Javelin AMX Pierre Cardine edition later this month. I will be logging on to "The Den" frequently to search for ways to do some of the projects I have planned for the Wagon. Thanks!  :eaglebig:

and realigning the rear hatch.

I don't know if that's possible. I have yet to see an Eagle wagon with a hatch that fit properly.  8)

:rotfl: Now that's funny!  I mean about aligning the hatch.  Well I'm determined to at least make it fit better.  Thanks for the compliment and the heads up about the meet in M. SPRINGS,  Co. Will make a reminder in my phone. Convenient to, since the wagon is at my home near Durango,  Co. Thanks again.

What a beauty, if I do recall this vehicle was listed in Grand Junction, CO. Sure wish I had the money for it, but I've already got my Eagle. I currently live in Bullfrog, UT on Lake Powell so you aren't to far away!

Check out the AMC Eagle SOAR Database to find any locals and fill out your own stuff so people can find you on the map!
