Centennial CO Wagon
« on: February 21, 2014, 08:29:25 AM »
As I was driving at about 8:30 last night, I saw an Eagle wagon getting ready to pull out of the shopping center at Smoky Hill and Buckley.  It was white with brown trim.  It happened too fast for me to get my phone out to take a picture, it was probably too dark anyway.

This is the first random Eagle I've seen in almost a year!

Hey that was probably me! I just moved to aurora--about two minutes from that intersection. Incidentally, I looked at the SOAR map the other day and noticed that you appear to be just a couple of blocks away from my new house. Perhaps it's mini-meet time?

I was wondering if that might have been you!  We should definitely do a mini-meet, the sonic is a block from my house.  And now that spring is approaching, we could crash the cruise night they have over at Tower and Hampden every Friday night.

Sounds like a good time. I'll give you a buzz sometime to arrange a meetup.

I work Wed. thru Sat. 7am to 5:30pm. I can do a mini-meet after work but at that time of night it's going to take close to an hour for me to get across town. If I know ahead of time I may be able to arrange to get off a half-hour earlier.

Sunday afternoons, Mondays and Tuesdays are best for me but I know that doesn't always work for others. Let me know what you and vangremlin want to do and I'll try to work it out.

Hey Mental1896 and Eaglebeek, do you guys want to shoot for next Sunday afternoon?  Forecast says its going to be 62!  We could do the Sonic close to my house, or there is one near 225 and 25 so its closer for Eaglebeek.  Plus, there is that Eagle wagon in the self storage right next door, it would almost be like we had 4 Eagles attending!  Let me know if that works for you guys.

That Sunday is one of those rare Sundays that I will likely have to work. Can we set it up for the following Sunday March 16?

Hey guys. If it's still on for this Sunday, I vote for the Sonic at Tower and Smoky Hill at 3PM. I'm open to changes, of course.

I heard from Eaglebeek and he will be unable to make it this weekend.  Do you want to still go for it?
