Car located in Carson City, NV
for a deposit, i would drive the car to a potential buyer no matter where you might be.
76,000 miles
1987 AMC Eagle. This is only 1 of 454 AMC Eagle Sedans made in 87 which subsequently turned out to be the AMC's last year of Eagle production. This eagle was built in from Canada and came with extras like SEV Marchall Halogen fog lights, air conditioning, (blows cold) and a heavy duty suspension package, aluminum valve cover and power antennae. I am the second owner, the first was a little old lady from California. There is No rust on frame or body. . Since I bought the car at 57,000 miles I have replaced and/or flushed the brake , radiator, rear differential and transmission fluids. New calipers and rotors on front. New shocks front and rear. Exhaust manifold gasket has been replaced as well as entire length of exhaust. New valve cover gasket. New fuel pump, and brand new spark plugs, wires, and rotor. Also new K & N air filter, front axle and both boots, radiator hoses and vacuum lines Carburetor has been rebuilt. Bridgestone tires are 6,000 miles old and have 80% tread left on them. Head liner has been replaced. Windows have been tinted to a legal percent. drivers side sheep wool seat cover. Alpine deck, front and rear speakers and an Alpine 10 in. sub and 450 watt amp adorn the trunk. This car seats 5 with snug comfort and with the added roof rack you can carry all your gear for the mountains. Nearly once a day somebody talks to me about this car or gives me a thumbs up as i drive by. There is a very minor ding on the front qtr panel that has a spot of rust, and a few other blemishes but very minor for being 26 years old.  No power windows/locks means no costly repairs down the line. also included with Bernice, the eagle is 4 tire chains, 6 mopar oil filters, a Chilton Mechanics book, yakima roof rack and yakima snow-board rack and of course the Alpine system stays with the car too. Also comes with 4 original stock hub-caps. This car was built to last and even 26 years after its debut, Bernice is in tip-top shape and ready for another 26!!!
I loved driving and getting this car back to life, but I need a truck for work so it:s time to sell Bernice.

The one I was thinking of just ended not long ago and didn't meet the reserve. It had 35k miles though. Look forward to seeing some pics. Way outta my price range and I'm not looking for a Sedan, but good luck with the sale!
