cool  :drool:  did any wagons make it over to Australia? that rear end is the only thing I think that hearse would need to look a bit better.

I know earlier wagons made it over as CKD kits.  It appears Matadors were still being sent over at this late date.  Although this almost looks like an Ambo 2 door as there is extra distance on the front fender between the door and wheel well.  This is where AMC stretched the Matadors to give them the longer AMBO wheelbase.

I was just gonna say that it totally looks like an ambo from behind.  I had a '72 ambo, and that looks just like it.
