Hood trim question
« on: September 06, 2012, 11:06:44 PM »
Is there any sort of padding that goes under the trim on the front of the hood?  Does the metal trim just sit against the paint?

TO clarify, I mean the trim that mounts just above the grille along the front end.

Be very careful and gentle putting it back on. Snug the fasteners just a little too tight and they will break or strip out. One of them will break just about every time you remove and reinstall it no matter how gentle you are. The posts are very fragile.
