My kammbacks
« on: June 02, 2012, 01:13:32 AM »
Here are a couple of my kammbacks. One I've had for years and one I just acquired from Strikeagle in
Colorado Springs. Both are being renovated. More to follow.

That's kinda freaky for me, because I used to own a '81 spirit sedan (Kammback type) and I had the same rims and pretty much the same tires (BF Goodrich TA's) on my Spirit.

On mine, the front's were 14" rims, and the back were 15" rims.  I don't remember the actual size of the tires, but they look close.

Very nice Kammbacks!  Can't wait to see them restored.  Any thoughts on any changes/modifications or are you going to keep them stock?

I'm glad you finally showed your face on the forums. I was really looking hard into buying Strikeagles Kammback, but I'm glad it went to someone that's gonna treat it well!

Thanks. These two kammbacks will be my 2nd and 3rd. I was hooked after the 1st one. I hope to do these two in good taste. Your wagon gets a lot of comments, I'm sure.

Very nice looking Kammbacks.  I looked at a pretty well driven one here in Nebraska a year or so ago.  I wsh I could have been in a place to get it, but it needed serious help to get to where yours are now.

Keep looking...they're still popping up every now and then. I'm still going to need a lot of the usual hard to find parts to get these two going.
