so i started to get the false floor in

what does everyone think? will look good?

oh i found a lil hitchhiker in the heater.

i started cleaning it out with my bare hands. when i got a nice wake up

i found this little nasty creeper.

max98059

well i want the floor as a storage spot that is secure for a purse or something of value. also i am going to make this one stronger and removable. bwt casper do u need some interior quarter panels. i am sure i could have one of my family member bring it down to Hermiston if needed

We started today. Too bad the heat/cottonwood pollen made me feel so sick earlier

:o that looks like a fiddle back to me. i hope it didn't bite you because i've seen what a bite from one of those can do.

Just found out it's a Callobius spider. http://pep.wsu.edu/pdf/PLS116_1.pdf

Not deadly but the bite does hurt awhile

Yeah, definitely not a Brown Recluse. I've seen too many of those to count in MO.

me personally, i dont like the false floor. the sx4/spirit is limited on its space as is. the wagons false floor does have me thinking of a really cool subwoofer spot tho. ;-)
Since my spare is on my rear bumper on my 86, I replaced the door in the floor with a sub enclosure with a slim Rockford Fosgate 12. I hinged it so I could utilize some of the space for storage.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the false floor.  I gather you got it out of a wagon but I'm amazed it appears to fit perfectly, I sure wouldn't have expected that.  Pretty cool - way to go Max98059!

It's from the wagon we're parting. Tomorrow will be another busy day with moving stuff, and cutting up the parts wagon. Anyone need body panels? Inner fenders? Rear 1/4s? Now is the time to speak up before we fire up the sawzall..

Front passenger dogleg would be good for me. gotta think about that cause shipping might kill it. Let me know via pm to keep your topic clean.

thanks
