1983 Eagle automatic leveler
« on: January 08, 2012, 07:51:54 PM »

Last Monday I bought an Eagle station wagon at a Pull and Save here in Spokane.

Today I had the chance to dig around.  When I checked the spare tire compartment, I found a hose to fill the tires with air.  It has never
been used.  With some checking, I found that it had the automatic leveler option.

Someone has removed the compressor.  Is this going to be a difficult find?

Thanks

Place a Wanted Topic and see what happens.  They were also used on other AMC cars with that option, so they are not impossible to find.

If mine didn't already have that option, I would go to Harbor Freight for one of their chrome compressors (I have one that looks almost identical)
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!

You also need the axle height sensor set up.
