of course it had to rain today, but i swept the inside anyways and took it to a couple car washes.
1st one didn't work (after i put in my quarters first!)
the 2nd one was so fancy i had to do  2 washes at $2 ea cause i wasn't fast enough!  geeesh

so here is a clean wet sedan waiting for a manicure......

MY CROOKED BUMPER, NOT NOTICEABLE MUCH IN THE 1ST PIC

SOMETHING IS MISSING HERE...

i can just make out the first digit 4 ...but i am not sure what the rest should be.
looks like its says select or trac?
i looked her over real good, no power seats or windows, no cruise, no visor mirrors and the lighter doesn't work.
poop, i wanted to put my CB in there.
found a couple drips of oil on the pavement of course.
the PO said the fumes might be getting in where the steering colum goes through the wall.  the thick felt cowl was hanging off.  i shoved it back in as good as i could and i didn't notice the fumes this time, much shorter trip though.
yeah, i stuck my old plate on her till my antique one arrives.  who's to know?  ;)

Here is what was on there:

The later Eagles used a glue on 4 wheel drive logo.  The earlier Eagles had the pins that were secured by plastic/metal inserts.

I might have one too.  I'll have to look.  Had a whole pile of those emblems at one point in time.
