You know......  If you want to simplify that vacuum mess........   ::)

Yeah, well I've already got one of your Motorcraft carbs coming my way...I can't afford another. It has crossed my mind to put the Motorcraft on this one and get a rebuild kit for TQ. We'll see what happens there.

I have faith something can be made up to get this thing on the road. I have registration info in the glove box with the WY owners phone number on it...

Also found this piece of paper that says something about a new engine...

I'm not sure what the load leveling stuff looks like...but I tried to grab a few more pics tonight after I saw this comment.

Got the side skirts off tonight. The rockers look to be rust free...at least no cancer. Next up...how do I remove the rails the skirts were held on with...they appear to be riveted...or maybe it's some strange head on the screw...I didn't get a good look.

Driver side

Something I forgot to mention that I saw yesterday...skid plate! :)

And I picked up a goodie box at AutoZone tonight.

The side skirt rails are riveted on.  I used a cutoff wheel and rubbed the edge back and forth until the head of the rivet was gone.

car looks GREAT!!! hope you can get that title for it.

Thanks for the info on the load leveling parts I need. I'll have to look into that I guess.

Again thanks for the tip on removing these side rails.

Everyone has been so grateful and I was meaning to do this when I picked up the Eagle since the PO was kind enough to just give it away. I just made a $15 donation to the nest. Well worth it. Thanks everyone.

I have no idea...I just used PayPal after clicking the Donate button...did my 15 bucks just go to someone who is no longer running the site?

Nothing quite like a free Eagle.  Hopefully it doesn't have to turn into a parts car though.
