I think my Jeep is jealous.  So far its had a bad water pump and now a battery issue.  Wouldn't start on the day we took the SX/4 to paint.

;D Nice! Are they doing a basecoat clearcoat, or single stage acrylic enamel?

Decided to go with BC/CC.  More durable.  Less toxic.

She's one color again!  Waiting on photos of the black parts as well as clear...

Very nice! Remind the painter that the lower lip of the front valance under the bumper will be visible and needs to be painted body color . . . unless you planned on that being another tone or blacked, and I just missed that in the rest of the thread. Duuuuh. Found it in a more careful re-read. Two tone, original colors, got it.

Forgot to thank you for a great picture of the mounts for a rear window louver in the first page. Do you have the  louver for the rear window? They can be difficult to obtain.

Maybe it's just the picture, but it seems like the yellow isn't as vibrant? Maybe the clear coat will make it pop!

That's the one, thanks!

I have rear and side louvers, but they're plastic.

Maybe it's just the picture, but it seems like the yellow isn't as vibrant? Maybe the clear coat will make it pop!

Yeah, that's what I'm told.  It may just be the camera.  I'm out of town for the week, so I only have the photos they take for their facebook page.  I haven't actually seen it in person.  They used paint code 2B AMC "Sun Yellow", so at least I know it's correct.
