Authentic Newbie...
« on: September 10, 2011, 09:44:52 PM »
Hello, Folks...

So here's the deal:  All my life I've been saying, "Wow, I'd love to have one of those old AMC Wagons..."

*You get what you ask for, huh?*

My dad just delivered a gift...a 1983 AMC in less than running condition, and he says, "Git 'er runnin' Boy, and have fun!"

I'll get a picture up sooner or later, and I hope to have a bit-o-help bringing the old buzzard back to life...

I dunno know if I'm looking forward to or dreading this adventure...but I guess we'll find out.

Thanks-in advance- for all of your support...

Welcome  :) Sounds like you'll have fun with your new Eagle. And after checking out your site and seeing as you are a jack-of-all-trades, I am sure you'll get her in tip top shape. I see you come to Arkansas quite often and reside in Missouri. There are a few of us in each state. I think Jim and me are the only ones in Arkansas though, there are a few more in Missouri lol.
Anyways, again welcome have a look-see around (great info and people here) and can't wait to see pictures of your new bird.

Lurker & unintentional thread killer.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called Cynicism by those who have not got it.
I am not now at my least, rather my most; not reduced, rather at my most complete.
Yes, I stand before you now, naked, unhidden, uncamouflaged and unafraid.
As pure and true as a human being is able to be.
