Hey guys... update on the shirts. Forgot to tell you guys five days ago.... sorry, dealing with a family member in critical condition right now. They let him out of ICU for a few days and then he started having bad memory loss and "fits" so he's back in ICU. I've had alot of family here at my place since Sunday and I honestly didn't even think about them. I talked to the shirt place on Monday and again on Thursday and they're shipments are still delayed to the flooding up North. As soon as I receive them, you will all get yours and whatever is left will be posted for sale for all proceeds to go to the Nest. Sorry for the delay guys - kinda out of my hands. For anyone that can't wait, shoot me a PM and I'll send you a refund right away. Otherwise, stay tuned and I'll keep you updated. Don't be afraid to shoot me a PM either.

I'm going to check on a long distance awards, other people seem to recall NAMDRA use to have a long distance award. As a drivers club we should. I'm in the middle of the picture in the lite colored NAMDRA t-shirt. LRDaum "mramc"

OK, I checked with the Jock Jocowicz , president of NAMDRA, long distance is not suppose to get a trophy, but is suppose to a check for $50. I've made Jock aware that Rick Ingram came from Hesperia, California to Cordova and registered for the meet with his Eagle SW , so assuming no one else came from a longer distance driving an AMC to the meet , and that's about 4500 miles or so round trip. I'll remind Jock in about a week or so, we just starting to look at this stuff and check every thing out. Jim , I hope we have your full address. LRDaum

Actually, my mileage for the entire entire trip was 14 miles short of 5,600.   I went to Ohio before coming to Cordova.  I would have gladly accepted the award (even if just a trophy), but $ is even better!  Thanks, Rich

Hey Carver, this was the 4th International Meet, lol! I proudly hold the title for being the only one to make them ALL! Hahahaha!

But hey... I hosted two of them... one was 6hrs away and the other was like 3hrs away, LOL!

We had Jurjen one year, Peter the next and then you the next two years. But technically those are the "main" Nest Meets and are called the "International Meet" either way. Obviously, I think we all hope we get some int'l visitors but we lable it the "International Meet" long before we ever actually KNOW for certain who's showing up. For instance, the Meet at Mick's next year will be the 5th annual International Meet... so you better plan on making it so that we don't become liars or something, lol!

I'm just back (today actually) from the South of France. On the way back, my wife and I visited our daughter who lives in Paris for a year. Next year I hope to be able to go to the International meeting again!
