very carefully. Heres a how to I found on line when I replace a window a while back.

Its not too bad depending on the condition of the rubber gasket...hardened dried up and cracked gaskets tend to be a bit harder to work with....good luck

i started with the back corner on one, working from the inside. my seal was in fair shape and i had to stick toothbrushes under the flap to keep it free as i worked my way up and over. it took a long time. be patient. DO NOT USE A SCREWDRIVER to get up under there. use a wood spatula or hard plastic, something rounded.. no sharp corners as it WILL cut the seal pretty easily. i went up from the corner, as well as over from the corner, in equal distances. can't remember much else, but after i got 1/2 way around the window it became fairly easy to ease the corner out away from the car little by little. then its just a matter of wiggling it away from the vertical and again.... be patient.
