My son ordered reman CV half-shafts from Rock Auto.  He attempted to install them today and discovered that they don't fit.  It's strange because he went back on their site today and confirmed the part number and the photo showed the exact half-shaft that he needs but what he actually got didn't match the photo.  Needless to say, he's not a happy camper.  Has anyone else had problems with Rock Auto?

He searched both Advance and NAPA.  They both have the correct half-shafts.  He really wants some input from fellow Eagle owners who have bought half-shafts from either NAPA or Advance.  The specific part numbers are Advance CV6500 and NAPA NMD 958130.   Any recommendations?

Also, he needs to replace both spring seat spindle and bushing assemblies.  Any idea where he can get those?

put a NAPA left side CV axle shaft in my '84 last week,  bolted up ok and seems to work well.

What brand are they.    There are some out there in the supply chain that do not have the correct splines and they seem to still be popping up now and then and have not been pulled by whomever remanufactured them.
