Never noticed any differance on my 3. I even have a 84 sedan

i havent had that happen, heck i hit the rear door with the plow blade on my sears st/12 tractor and only put a small crease. :banghead:

Has not happened to me on the Concord rear doors.  I have observed as well as others that AMC seemed to have used a "springier" steel in certain areas and maybe that is why very few cars have been reported to have been damaged by hail over the decades.  I think we have a thread about hail damage, mainly the lack thereof, somewhere around here.

good luck with the roof, mine was in pretty bad shape.  I would like to see how you intend to fix yours.....also my car was clean until I removed the plastic, then I had some bad suprises.

I have work in front of me too John (body swap on the Blazer). If you get around to it, I would put a shorter belt on the alternator, it works, it's just a little loose. For what its worth, when I ran it, it ran well.
