I need a sending unit for my 1980 AMC Eagle Wagon gas tank.  I live in Oklahoma and wanted to know if there are any AMC parts distributors in my area or if anyone knows where I can order one from? I truly appreciate any help you can give me, this is my first restoration project!

Thank you!  I really appreciate it!

I just checked Kennedy American and I couldn't find a sending unit under the list of products they offer for the Eagles.  If anyone else knows where I could find one, I would truly appreciate to hear from you.  Thanks!

I suggest you call.  They don't always list everything they have, and Kennedy has been very helpful in the past.
It seems like they were also available from somewhere in Mexico.  Someone on here will probably have more information about it.
You could try a search here on the forum.
I'm right 98% of the time, and I don't care about the other 3%.

That sending unit will also cross over to Concords and probably Hornets with a 22 gallon tank.

It's there. It's in the electrical section. On the left side it says fuel gauge and on the right you will see fuel sending unit, part number 3230700.

Thank you for all your help!  I called Kennedy American and am going to order one from them!

You can also check American Parts Depot if you haven't already ordered from Kennedy American.  I've bought parts from both places and have received really good service from both.

Well I got my sending unit in today but there isn't a strainer attached to it.  I went to O'Reilly's and they didn't have one.  Then, I checked both Kennedy American and American Parts Depot and couldn't find them in there list of products.  Does anyone no where I can get one?

I would think it should of definetly came with one attached ?? That's how one came for my AMX , and any others I have bought over the years. I would call or contact them and send it back.......
