new to eagles but not jeeps
« on: April 03, 2014, 12:45:57 AM »
Well let me introduce myself i am marv and i have been into the jeep and 4x4 scene for 45 years.
This is my first eagle, i am just getting it finished i bought it out of Arizona last fall with no motor or transmission .
We pulled it in the shop and removed the axles and suspension and installed new concord rear springs and installed full size wagoneer front springs as well as Dana 44 axles with 354 gears. Then we put in a 318 dodge motor with a 727 transmission and a Dana 20 transfer case. With Jb fabrication twin stick shift levers, i am also building a willys wagon with a Mercedes benz 5 cylinder diesel.
