Ebay is one source. You need 4x6 H4 conversion lamps and if you want to do the relay upgrade, which is a must with higher wattage bulbs, it's easier to just get a complete relay kit instead of trying to piece it together yourself. Just make sure you get a relay kit for 4 headlights. Here's a couple examples. (I haven't used either of these, just showing examples):
