Also, just so I can keep a record of it (evidently there's no trace of my prior posts):

I have found a source for the GE H2 T3 halogen bulbs for the factory Marchal fog lights. Grainger supply stocks them under Item Number: 6VL13

The bulb listed in the previous post is discontinued according to Granger.  This may be a suitable replacement:
