How long is the cruise control cable?
« on: January 16, 2013, 06:29:03 PM »
The cruise control cable on my car is frayed and I found a NOS one on the auction site for a Concord. It says it is 29 inches long. Is this the same length as the one in the eagle and will it work in my car?

Well, the parts books were little help.   They list lengths for some cable part numbers, but not for the correct '86 part.   However, that part number in the auction IS correct for the '80 Eagle per the books.   Later years (like your '86) should be 3242185.   That doesn't mean that the part you're looking at won't fit; just means that there may be some difference.   Sorry I couldn't be more help.
