and yeah i like the way it looks. im actually going to modify the hood so it will be a working hood scoop and going to use a different filter.

the vac advance to the dizzy is quite important at cruising speed. it makes it to burn more efficiently, and have better power and respond to throttle input better. there are only 3 vacume lines you NEED on an eagle. manifold vac for power brake booster and 4x4 engage/disengagement. then the vac advance for the dizzy. if your car is not running very well with the vac advance hooked up and under cruise, you have to much initial timing and need to dial it back just a little. just my $.02.

thanks ill go over everything again. he did it on his suzuki samurai. everything seems to be working fine. we capped off everything i dont know the specifics on everything he did. but everything seems to work great.

Possible to have converted to mechanical advance? Just asking, don't know enough about distributors to say.

all i know is that when i put the carb back on it worked thats all i cared about lol. i only have an issue occasionally when the steering wheel is turned to far it stalls.
