Does anyone know if other cars used the same ac hoses or where I could have them made?

Pretty much any A/C shop can make them.  I like to grind off the sleeve and just have new hose crimped on the old fittings.  You can also have your local hose shop (Hose Man is the popular one) make them up for you.

Another possible source: In Denver the local NAPA (the warehouse on hwy. 224) makes them up for me.
