So amc78concord, did you use the VHT blackout paint I mentioned in the black taillight thread?
I did use the VHT blackout paint, I'm very pleased with the results...  :)

What are you talking about, "Weather Gadget"?
If you look in the bottom of my "signiture" it has the wisconsin flag with what my current weather is here in my hometown.  That's what jim and I were talking about.

Since the lights still show through, I would think that as long as the reflectors still reflect light, they should be legal.
Yea, that's what I think as well.  I'm still going to add some really cool L.E.D. light bars for turn signals and the extra 3rd brake light.

i tried this mod. and i got rid of it because i couldnt see the lights at daylight either. i tried a led but then it looked funny.. if someone could create leds that filled the whole area of the taillight then it would work. but with a round led it looks funny

Here are the L.E.D. lights I'm going to put on my Concord... Tell me what you guys think about them.  I think they look pretty awesome...

The one I bought:

I wanted to put this one on instead, but thought the sequential lighting would be too distracting to a driver behind me... But I still might put one in the front... Then I can call my car "Kitt" LOL  >:D

Here are the turn signals:

Pretty sweet...Almost like a Shelby Mustang turn signal

So I received the lights in the mail yesterday, and boy was I excited!!! And within 3 hours, they were on my Concord and looking sweet...however I decided to only go with one taillight instead of two like my original plan.  I mounted it right on the license plate frame, so no holes would be drilled into my car.  I love it, I'll definitely won't have to worry about not being seen now!

So here are some pics...and a video  ;D

So what it does: When lights are on, it's in a 'low intensity' mode.  Then when I step on the brakes, the light flashes on 'high intensity' for 5 seconds then goes on steady. Make sure you watch the entire video, I have a little "treat" for you at the end...  ;D ;D ;D
