When you decide to go get it let me know, theres a few parts I need for Odie....And probably a few that I didn't even know I needed...I went to ABC junkyard last week with $20 in my pocket and discovered that I needed the chrome ash trays and cigarette lighters out of an 81' Lincoln town car....The funny thing: I don't own a Lincoln and I don't smoke....Yet for what ever reason I can't help but feel it was the best $11.00 I ever spent.

Now you just need to get an 81 Lincoln town car to go with those beautiful ashtrays!

well I got me some new rims for Survivor yesterday but they need a real good cleaning with a wire wheel before I attempt to put the new tires I have for her on them. that and get the new motor swapped in but I have to get my trailer cleared off first so I can get my racecar on it instead of sitting in the garage taking up the space I need for the engine swap.

well I got the racecar out of the garage today and Survivor into it (not an easy task). tear down will likely start tomorrow after I get home from work and hopefully it will go smoothly and I will have the engine swap done in a couple of weeks.

well I finally got the engine out today but I kind of had to leave it on the engine hoist till I can get to the parts store to get longer bolts so I can put it on my engine stand. after that I can start moving all the Eagle parts over to the CJ motor, yay.

well I got the engine in last night (not a fun task). I still have to finish putting the rest of the bolts that hold the transmission and engine together, as well as hooking up all of the accessories, reinstalling the radiator, getting a new starter and a new coolant temperature sensor, sorting out all the vacuum lines, and building a new exhaust. I took a few pictures from just before the motor went in and right after I got it bolted in, sorry the first two didn't turn out very well but the last one looks alright and here they are.

IT LIVE'S well sort of ::). I got the everything on the motor assembled and put together other than the vacuum lines and the exhaust. I just have one really big problem now, I have no idea where the vacuum lines go :banghead: :help:.

I am still having problems with figuring out where the vacuum lines go and I have decided to just simplify them as much as possible. so what I need now is a good easy to read diagram that will make everything work.

part of the issue is that the carburetor that was on her was messed up, I put a different one on her and she runs for a little while but with almost all the vacuum lines still not hooked up properly she stalls out once she warms up. plus I still need to properly set the timing on the motor.
