Saw this the other day & keep forgetting to post (no pic., sorry). An ad for (I THINK) something called 'credit karma'? Guy opens his garage & has a yellow Gremlin sitting there. Newer one with the indents vertical instead of horizontal.

Yup, though they're running the Weber at rather higher pressure than it should be run at.  I commented on the video about that.

Not truly an AMC but nice article about the Hudson Hornet. The writer is probably in his 80s but continues to review cars for the Denver Post. He’s been doing it forever!

Another good video from the "Rare Classic Cars & Automotive History" YouTube channel.  Kind of a high-level run-through of the Eagle's history, launch and evolution over its brief life.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ckxmx3DVHaA

I like these factual videos that actually delve into the histories of the decisions that drove these cars into (and out of) production, rather than the "car p0rn" first-start and rag-on videos that are typically all we see of Eagles now.  These latter types of videos negate the fact that there were plenty of people that actually cared about these cars when they were built, and the dumbed-down "oh, AMCs were just piles of other manufacturer's parts" drivel just gets old.  Monday-morning quarterbacking gets real easy with 40+ years of hindsight!

Watching Brewster's Millions ("newer" version w/Richard Pryor, not the original), early in the movie - just after they cross the bridge from Joisey inta New Yawk, LOOKED LIKE a Hornet (hatchback), reddish goes past.
