How to remove dash
« on: June 08, 2024, 04:53:47 PM »
I've read the eaglepedia and other posts and unless I miss one there're none with what I seem to need.

I'm ten hours (two in the rain) into trying to pull this dash. '80 2dr sedan with every electric option offered that year if it matters.

Please explain like I'm five.  Assume no knowledge of which bolts are where please.

How do I get the dash out?
Mine:
- 1980 AMC Eagle 2dr Sedan
- 2009 BMW 335i xDrive Coupe

Ours:
- 1986 Toyota Pickup

Hers:
- 1988 Toyota Supra Turbo
- 1988 Toyota Celica All-Trac
- 1997 Toyota RAV4 2dr 4x4

His:
- 1985 Nissan 720 Pickup Deluxe King Cab 4x4

This may help...you have to remove the dash to access the heater core.

Yeah the heater core instructions nearly pull the dash completely out. The last part of the fun is making sure everything is de-wired.
