How to fix the circle vent? It rotates all over the place and is loose. Thanks.

OK just FYI for follow-up. I bought a sheet of adhesive-backed felt from Michaels, cut strips of it and put it on the outer edge that doesn't move around the circle vent. It helped give enough friction to make it work a lot better. Kind of hard to explain but just move the circular vent around enough to put in small strips of felt or foam and that will be good.

Thanks for the tip!  I believe every one of those circle vents ends up in that free wheeling state sooner or later!
