Blower motor hose replacement
« on: October 22, 2022, 04:50:41 PM »
What have people done as a replacement for the hose that goes to an AC blower motor from the heater/AC box?  I still have my hose but it doesn’t work with the new blower motor I put in. Thanks in advance!

Looks like the hole for the tube is at the outside edge instead of close to the firewall. I have the hole in the motor taped over but you can still see it in the photos. The hose is installed backwards from with the original motor and still won’t reach the new hole. Thanks!

Interesting.  Looks like the case is on backwards!!   Probably some bean counter messing with the parts catalog - it has a hole somewhere, therefore it must be correct.

I noticed that the Four Seasons motor (#35508) listed for the Eagles has the hole in the correct place per their pics.

Thanks for that part number, it looks like that has the proper configuration!  I’ll order one of those and do this project over again in the near future!

I bought this one from O’Reillys, I saw that it had a hole but never thought they would put it in the wrong place lol
