Fan clutch stud part #
« on: August 25, 2016, 05:04:43 PM »
Looking for part #'s for the studs that hold the fan clutch in place on the 258. Nobody has a listing for them, only the V8's which are different.

Thanks.

The factory part number is J4006714.   But its just a generic water pump stud.  Any parts place should have them.   Measure the threads and length, and match it up.

Everybody that I've checked with shows no record for our 258's, I've checked various years and models of AMC's and Jeeps. All of the studs they have on hand are way too thick to work with our water pumps.

I'll give that part # a try.

EDIT:

Looks like Crown/Mopar are the only folks carrying it. My NAPA store doesn't cross anything for that #.
