Hi all,
I´d like to know how much is related cassis is Eagle/Jeep. It´s not long time, when friend of mine ask me this question, concerning spare parts. I know, there is rear driveshaft, which should be from Cherokee (the first models). Don´t you know ?

Hey Petr, good to hear from you. As far as the chassis is concerned, "frame" and suspension, the Eagle doesn't share much if anything with any Jeeps. It has more in common with other AMC cars than Jeeps. Now the engine and transmission is the same or very similar as Jeep Cj's, YJ's and some full size Cherokees of the same years Eagles were available.

Thank you for reply. Friend of mine wants to buy her. And question was focused for possibility of substitution of some spare parts from Jeep. Because spare parts for Jeeps are more avilable here in my country.

Some small things are the same. Some are Eagle only.
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!
