Has anyone here ever considered starting a Fund-Me account for your Eagle project?

Yeah, I tried and didn't fare so well. I did have one acquaintance and one forum member donate 25 dollars. From what I've seen on Fundly none of the car repair/restoration type projects get much donated. I was linking it on my Facebook pretty regularly.

AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!

rafe , You need to add a sob story to it . Something like, this was the last car my dad bought . We took all our family vacations in it .Then he came down with rabies. Now I'm trying to restore it because that's  what he would have wanted. Or better , to take him on one last trip before he goes.

I had a pretty lengthy story with it and lots of pics, but I didn't have a sob factor. Just that I've had terrible luck getting the thing back on the road!

I hope you guys don't take this the wrong way, I could understand a fund me account for a single mom of 3 kids whose only source of transportation is in need of repair, but one for a "fun" car, doesn't appeal to me at all.

No offense taken. I kind of figured no one was going to make a lot of profit with , like you said "a toy ". A lot of people feel the same as you.
