Did your tailstock swap tip the speedo cable downwards? If not, then you have the same problem I made for myself. I just got a Lokar cable ordered from EBay for $35! Woohoo! The small body 727 dipstick is hard to find and my re-bend of the Eagle one still resulted in me cutting the "ear" off that side of the bell.
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!
