I found this website that allows you to search multiple junkyards across the country, including a picture of each match (usually).  it currently turns up about 80 AMCs, although most of them are jeeps.  Happy hunting!

P.S.  It doesn't appear to be 100% accurate, as it supposedly searches the junkyards I go to and it didn't turn up any Eagles.  However, when I search the local junkyard's own sites they list a couple Eagles.
1981 Kammback 258 - "Pepe"
1980 Coupe 258 - "Ginger
1972 Gremlin X 304
1978 Gremlin 4 cyl 121 - sold
1964 TBird 390 - sold

Many yards also put the Eagles under Dodge, Chrysler, Mitsubishi and GMC
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!
