I'm planning on putting a set of 18x9 wheels on with 29x10" nitro terra grappler tires.

My question is backspacing of the wheels.     Stock on a 6" rim is 4-4.5.  I'm thing 5.25 maybe ok

Any thoughts?

After closer inspection.
Will be going with 17x9. With 30x10.    Simply because its about $40 less per tire

Based on how little clearance I have behind my rims (I have Cherokee 10 spoke turbine wheels) with 4.5" of backspacing, I'm betting 5.25" will hit a few things.

I previously had the Jeep teardrop wheels on my Kammback, they have 5.25" backspacing and I didn't have any problems.  Today I mounted a set of Jeep Canyon wheels on my new coupe.  They are 15x8 wheels, with 5.5" backspacing.  So far no issues.

That's a lot of tire. I guess you plan on doing a bit of cutting to get them to fit?
