many eagles!
« on: November 03, 2013, 04:38:05 PM »
hi everyone, I need some help to save some eagles. at the one local yard they have 4 eagles sitting there. but the problem is they will be going to the crusher at the end of nov.(they agreed to wait that long for me) there are 2 wagons, an sx/4 and even a kamback. at least I talked them out of crushing the kammy because it is a rare car. there are a bunch of good parts, air ride suspension, 2 sets of factory fog lights, power seats and the list goes on. so if some of you guys in the Denver area want a bunch of good parts just come on up. the name of the yard is BUD'S WRECKING. the owners name is bob. it is a family run yard. their contact number is - 307-632-0309. talk to bob or anyone else there  and tell him you know me, (LAZ) and he will do everything he can to help you out, thanks a lot for your help. LAZ, where is this yard, near Laramie?  It might be fun to drive up there and check it out.  Are they just parts cars, not worth saving the cars themselves?  Are they open on weekends?

Thanks for the heads up!

Well there ya go Dave. Sounds like a nice little trip for ya that could be very rewarding. Man sure wish I lived that close to a yard that had that many eagles. I'll be on it like a bear on honey!

the yard is in Cheyenne, not too far from I-80. they are open 8-5 weekdays (I think)  weekends 9-1 weather permitting. give them a call and maybe they will pull some parts for you if they are not too busy. I might be able to get there this Saturday if I don't have to work. LAZ

Hey Dave, give Terry a call, he might want the SX4 and Kammback at least.

i tried to buy them last year when they came in but could not. it is worth a try though. just talk to bob (the owner) he might just sell them now that they have been sitting for a while, it never hurts to ask. LAZ
