Hello all,

Saved an 84 wagon from the crusher this week.  It had too good a body and motor to let it go.  Of course that means something else here has to go.

P.O. said the auto trans was toast so he started taking lots of other things apart.  Since it is located 200 miles away where I used to live in Richmond, VA, I'm going to have one of my mechanic buddies at least reassemble it and maybe get it moving again before I bring it home.  Starts and runs fine, but no movement yet.  Manually shifting the transfer case did not help.

I'll be searching the boards here for help, keep it coming.

Awesome. Always good to hear stories of Eagles being saved from the jaws of death.
