The lack of zinc, is a bigger concern in an engine that has just been rebuilt. An already broken in engine *shouldn't* have any issues. I'm paranoid too though  :rotfl: , so I run Valvoline VR-1 in all my vehicles, it still has the ZDDP additive.

Amsoil also sells a high zinc synthetic
AMC/Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental!
