New eagle owner!
« on: July 25, 2011, 02:57:55 PM »
 :eaglebig:

My name is Zach, I am from Delaware... I bought myself a 1984 AMC Eagle a few months ago from a car dealership that they were actually going to just send to the junkyard... For only 300$... Someone drove it up to Dover, DE from Oneonta Alabama so evidently it was still running fine. I have the title and all of that good stuff, and I am about to take it through inspection... I had a few things I need to find though! If anyone knows where I can find a new Power Window Cable please send me some information, I had to take my passenger side one and put it in the drivers side once I found out the original was seized up.  Also If anyone has any experience on engine maintenance I could really use the advice!

Thanks!

Welcome.  :occasion14: Glad you were able to save one. Someone here should have a cable and hopefully will chime in. As far as maintenance, not really much different than any other engine. If you have a particular problem use the search function or post a question in the appropriate area and we'll be glad to help.
